Program Participation

Park Street Education is a Canadian registered charity. Our academic tutoring and enrichment programs are offered at no cost to families. While we may invite voluntary donations to support our charitable work, no student will be denied participation based on financial circumstances. Program participation begins once registration has been reviewed and confirmed by Park Street Education.

By registering, families agree to:

  • Commit to attending scheduled sessions

  • Respect program staff, volunteers, and fellow students

  • Communicate proactively regarding scheduling changes

We reserve the right to discontinue participation if program expectations are not met.

Program Delivery and Communication

Park Street Education is responsible for:

  • Matching students with appropriate tutors and educators

  • Coordinating scheduling and program administration

  • Maintaining communication with families and educators

  • Supporting student progress through structured programming

In the unlikely event that a course cannot be delivered as scheduled, we will make every reasonable effort to provide an alternative solution, including rescheduling or offering a substitute educator.

Families are encouraged to share feedback directly with Park Street Education administration at info@parkstreetedu.com.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask families to respect the time and preparation of our educators.

  • For tutoring sessions, cancellation notice must be provided in accordance with the specific program policy (see Class Attendance & Scheduling Policy page).

  • Failure to provide appropriate notice will be considered a missed session.

  • Repeated missed sessions may result in removal from the program to allow another student to benefit.

Donations and Fundraising

Donations to Park Street Education directly support free academic tutoring, socio-emotional programming, and educational access for underserved youth.

  • All eligible donations will receive a charitable tax receipt in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines.

  • Donations are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of administrative error.

  • Funds raised through fundraising campaigns will be directed toward the designated program or area of greatest need, as determined by Park Street Education.

For questions regarding donations, please contact info@parkstreetedu.com.
